PRE-INVESTIGATION STAGE

The environment plays a crucial role to support life(s) on Earth. It is our responsibility to take good care of it. However, it was so surprising to notice that we are doing the exact opposite from our responsibility.

FIRST MEETING

Before deciding on the topic, each of us did a short research on which field should the ADR be implemented in order to optimize the field in resolving reoccurring or any upcoming concerns. In our first meeting, each of us presented our research and the top 2 topics of Implementation of ADR in environmental issues and Applying ADR in Construction Dispute, After much consideration, we decided to choose ADR in resolving Environmental Dispute as our mother nature is in the verge of agitating and we should try the implementation of ADR in resolving the issues regarding it. In the first meeting too, we drafted our proposal to be presented to our coordinator for approval.

CONSULTATION WITH OUR COORDINATOR.

After drafting our proposal, we present it to our coordinator for approval. Our coordinator, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zuryati Bt Mohamed Yusoff has given us positive feedback along with a few suggestions to improvise our proposal and eventually approved the topic.

QUESTIONNAIRE STRUCTURE

Once we received our approval, we proceed to the next stage which is the survey. The four of us brainstormed and came up with 10 questions where we were able to track what environmental problem that the community faced on a daily basis and what are their expectations as well as suggestions to overcome the problem. At the same time, we are able to track their understanding in implementation of ADR in resolving environmental issues. The results will be reported in findings. The survey has been sent to our neighbours and nearby residential areas.
