PREPARATION STAGE

Preparation Stage is the stage where we will do preparations and planning for upcoming Stage 3 (the action plan). Among the things that we will have to prepare are:

1) Finding the right choice of events or activity suited our objectives

2)Determining what kind of event/community engagement that we want to organize
3) Doing a proper planning (e.g. create FB page, contact the speaker, create posters, promo videos, brochure etc)
